Hawsons Advises DSM Roofing and Dibsa Structures On Transition To An Employee Ownership Trust

Hawsons Chartered Accountants has advised on the transition to employee ownership of Barnsley-based construction group comprising DSM Roofing Ltd and Dibsa Structures Ltd.

DSM Roofing is a specialist building envelope contractor, offering services including roofing, cladding, and steel structures. Dibsa Structures, acquired by DSM in 2008, designs and manufactures lightweight steel structures.

The transition to an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) was led by Jack Ware, Corporate Finance Director and Peter Wilmer, Managing Partner and Head of Corporate Finance at Hawsons. Legal aspects of the transaction were handled by James Burdekin of MD Law.
