Training & Exams

You will receive full training and support towards your ACA examinations, with the costs covered by Hawsons.

Tuition for the institute exams is provided externally by leading accountancy tutors who consistently achieve pass rates higher than the national average.

You will receive regular progress meetings with these tutors, and the firm's Partners.

Practical Experience

We ensure you will receive a wide range of practical experience with different clients, operating in various sectors and industries.

You will receive early responsibility, with staff being exposed to different areas of audit, giving a better understanding of the whole business being audited

There will be opportunities to experience different areas of the firm, including Corporate Finance, Business Services and Tax for example.

Throughout your training, you will work closely with senior colleagues and will learn from them. You will also gain experience working on-site at different client premises.

In-house courses

You will also receive ongoing support and development with internal and external courses, separate to your ACA studies.
