About Jack
Jack Ware FCA joined Hawsons in 2011 and is a Director within the Corporate Finance team. Jack specialises in delivering comprehensive deal advisory and transaction support services to a wide range of clients and external funders. Jack’s experience includes, acquisitions, disposals, business valuations, financial forecasting, management buy-outs and buy-ins (MBOs/MBIs), employee ownership trusts (EOTs), due diligence, and raising finance to support growth or acquisition strategies.
Jack joined Hawsons in 2011 and following an initial period in audit and advisory, he has spent the majority of his career focused on corporate finance. After graduating with a First-Class Honours degree in Accounting & Finance from the University of Sheffield, Jack qualified as a Chartered Accountant before subsequently becoming a Fellow Chartered Accountant with the ICAEW. Jack also holds the ICAEW Corporate Finance (CF) qualification, demonstrating his expertise in corporate finance advisory.
Away from the office, Jack is a keen ice hockey player and follower of the Sheffield Steelers. When not on the ice he spends his downtime with his young family.
