About Jack

Jack is our Corporate Finance Manager at Hawsons, providing a full range of deal advisory and transaction support services to clients and external funders. This includes buy and sell side mandates, valuations, forecasting, management buy-outs/buy-ins, EOT's, due diligence, and finance raising. Jack qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2019 having previously worked in audit for a Top 10 firm before joining Hawsons, and holds a Masters degree in Mathematics with his dissertation focused on modelling animal territory patterns.

When he's not at work, Jack spends his spare time playing rugby, running and hiking in the Peak District, attending as many gigs as possible, and following (as painful as it is at times) Aston Villa FC.
