Hawsons are pleased to announce the completion on the sale of Church View Care Home in Stanwell, Middlesex for a long-standing client. The purpose-built care home, developed by the vendor, provides nursing care for up to 78 residents.
The transaction, led by Hawsons care sector specialist Scott Sanderson commented on the sale; “We were delighted to be the lead advisors on the sale of Church View on behalf of our clients. We have been involved with the home from the outset, helping secure funding for the original construction and have supported the family-owned business throughout their period of ownership. We are confident that the new owners of Church View Care Home will see the home flourish in the future and continue to be a great asset to the local area.”
Legal advice on the vendor side was provided by James Burdekin of MD Law, who commented; “It was a pleasure to assist the team at Hawsons and the sellers with the successful sale of the business and we wish the new owners every success running the home.”
